Safety is paramount to our companies success & is our first goal in delivering to our client.
We have ongoing safety training for our team, where we have a monthly team meeting where we address a different procedure, & the team are able to discuss any potential hazards & control measures so they are comfortable having the knowledge to look after each other.
This is a cost to any business, but we believe it is so important to keep our team safe & for our clients to know that their staff are safe when we are on the job.
Due to our evaluations of all jobs, we make sure a SAFE WORK METHOD STATEMENT (JSA) is signed & understood by the team prior to undertaking any works. This is also presented to our clients along with access to our safety management polices, so they know we have ticked the boxes.
Zero tolerance applies to anyone who does not comply & we would dismiss anyone found in breach.
